Venetia Galanaki is a young conservationist from Greece. Venetia is really passionate about citizen engagement and has been really active in the youth environmental movement acting as an advocate for biodiversity conservation at the EU level. She currently serves as the Biodiversity Working Group Coordinator at Generation Climate Europe (GCE) and as a Pollinators Project Lead at Youth and Environment Europe (YEE). She strongly believes that working on the topic of pollinators protection can offer a strategic point for us to tackle a number of environmental issues. Venetia is also an apprentice beekeeper.
