David Roy
David’s main area of expertise is environmental monitoring and assessment. He has particular expertise in Citizen Science approaches, leading UK programmes for citizen science biodiversity monitoring, including the UK Butterfly Monitoring Scheme. He led the EU Project Assessing ButterfLies in Europe (ABLE) and is co-leading the Strengthening Pollinator Recovery through INdicators and monitorinG (SPRING), to pilot an EU pollinator monitoring scheme.
